The Health Curative Department is responsible for providing health curative services through 42 centers in the city of Colombo. This includes 33 Out Patient's Clinics 01 Staff Clinic, 03 Eye Clinics & 04 Dental Clinics. Eight Services are conducted in the evening, to cater to the working population of the City. These services include free medical consultation & supply of drug free diagnostic facilities and supply of drugs to the patients.

These clinics have treated an average of 800,000 patients for a year. This amounts to a daily average of 3,500 patients.

Medical Case Histories of the patients are maintained at the respective Clinics, and these clinics function as family practices.

The Medical services provided at these clinics have now been upgraded with modern medical equipment as well as a wider selection of drugs.

Presently most of the Clinics are housed in old buildings donated byphilanthropists, in the past. We are now working on a program to construct specially designed Modern Clinics to provide a more streamlined service to the community.
